Guangdong Balloon Packaging Industrial Co.,Ltd. is a new professional balloon factory, expanded and separated from Chaozhou Chao'an Yilugaofei Balloon Co., Ltd. (Onlyup Balloon since 2014) for better serving more customers. Our factory is only 3 hours by truck to Shenzhen, specializing in manufacturing foil balloons、foil table cover、foil door curtain、 party & celebration items，covering all manufacturing processes, like designing、printing、bag making & post treatment processes. And for professional service, Zhonghui Technology Co. Ltd. was established as sales and designing platform to serve customers all over the world.

The factory working area is over 15,000 square meters, with high-speed printing machines up to 9 colors, film-coating machines up to 600 meters per minute, and dozens of curing machines, cutting machines & balloon-making machines. These new facilities will expand our production capacity to be over 35,000,000pcs per month, and the factory key members all have more than 20 years' experience in this industry. This will enable us to well serve big famous customers. To meet high quality standards, we control the balloon quality from the origin by having our film blowing production lines, and we implement strict quality inspections starting from the incoming materials to finished balloons. Now the factory is the authorized WALMART supplier with certificates of SMETA & C-TPAT, and products conform to the standards of SGS、EN71、REACH、 CE、 etc. Furthermore, we are applying more certificates and factory audits, Such as BSCI、ES、ISO， to match up more customers needs.
